Program skips some files while checking links
Fast Link Checked checks the links in the files, whose type is defined in the HTML field of the File Extensions dialog box. For make Fast Link Checked to check links in the files which it skips, just add their extensions to the HTML field of the File Extensions dialog box and then program will not skip these files.

Program does not check external links
Please make sure that option Do not check external links is not checked. This option prohibits checking the external links.

Program does not checks Gopher, News and mailto: links
Fast Link Checker supports only the following protocols for accessing files: HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, RTSP and FILE. Links to resources, available by other protocols are ignored.

Program does not check links on a page, which is not linked to from other pages
Fast Link Checker works like a robot of a search engine. You specify the file to start checking from and Fast Link Checker goes through all pages this file has links to until it checks all links on the site. Thus, if it does not find a link to some page, it will not know about its existence and will not check links in it.
So, to check links on this page you should specify its address directly in the URL field and start link checking.
